Orders placed after 3 p.m. (Pacific) will be processed on the next business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Shipping costs will be determined at the time your order is placed.

At this time, we only ship to customers in the United States and select products to customers in Canada.

• 2-Day Delivery
• Ground Delivery (7 to 10 days)

Returns

To inquire about a return or credit, please review our warranty policy to determine if your product is eligible.  Then contact our DenMat Customer Care Team at 800-228-5595 to receive Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number to initiate the return.
