When am I charged for my subscription products?

Your credit card on file will be charged each time a product ships. The timing of the charges depend on th original purchase date and the delivery intervals selected for your product subscription service.

How often are my subscription products shipped?

Your first product shipment depends on the delivery service level chosen at the time of purchase (Ground, 2nd-Day or Priority Overnight). Ongoing shipments will arrive by the same service level at the delivery intervals selected for your product subscription service.

Can I change the shippment date for my product subscription?

You can change the date of your next shipment by logging into My Account and clicking on My Subscriptions.  Click Edit to view the details of each subscription and edit the Next Payment Date field to change your next shipment date.

Can I change the shipping address for my product subscription?

You can change the shippng address of your next shipment by logging into My Account and clicking on My Subscriptions.  Click Edit to view the details of each subscription and edit the Shipping Address field to change your shipping address.

Can I change the credit card on file for my product subscription?

You can change the credit card on file for your next shipment by logging into My Account and clicking on My Subscriptions.  Click Edit to view the details of each subscription and edit the Payment Details field to change the credit card information.

How do I cancel my product subscription?

You can cancel your your subscription any time by logging into My Account and clicking on My Subscriptions.  Click Edit to view the details of each subscription and click Cancel Subscription.
