Henry Schein Canada is the exclusive distributor of DenMat dental products in Canada. This includes, but is not limited to DenMat's most valued products like Vanilla Bite®, Geristore®, Fluoridex®, Rotadent®, Splash®, and Splash Max®.

This partnership reinforces DenMat’s goal of offering dental professionals a broad range of restorative and hygiene solutions supported by an efficient ordering process, timely shipping, and the high-level of customer care you deserve as a valued customer. We are happy to inform you this partnership will enable Henry Schein Canada to ship your products directly from their facilities across Canada.

The Henry Schein Canada team will take over all professional product sales and customer service needs related to ordering product and product instructions. Henry Schein Canada will be your primary point of contact at 800-668-5558 or customer.service@henryschein.ca.

Lab Orders

All laboratory orders are processed directly with DenMat Lab in the U.S. Please contact the Lab directly at 800-872-8384. We have trained professionals with expertise in custom-fabricated restorative solutions like Lumineers®, Snap-On Smile® and LumiZir® zirconia restorations. How long can I continue placing product orders through DenMat?

Product orders will be managed by DenMat through March 2, 2020. Any calls into DenMat’s phone lines on 3/2/2020 or after will be redirected (via warm transfer) to Henry Schein Canada. Please visit Henry Schein Canada to order online.

If I do not have a Henry Schein Canada Account, will I need to set up a new account with Henry Schein or will my DenMat Account be transferred?

You will have a Henry Schein account opened already for you.

Will the current DenMat part numbers (SKUs) remain the same or will they be changed to a Henry Schein numbering system? If a change is made, how will I be notified?

The current SKUs will be changed in Henry Schein’s system and will cross reference with DenMat’s SKUs.

What are the shipping fees for sending a case to DenMat Lab?

No.

Will my DenMat Order History be transferred to Henry Schein Canada?

Yes.

How do I check on existing orders placed through DenMat prior to March 2nd?

You can call DenMat at 800-482-6405 to determine the status of the order.

How do I return/exchange orders placed originally through DenMat prior to March 2nd?

Use the same process you currently follow with DenMat.

How do I return/exchange new orders through Henry Schein placed after March 2nd?

You will follow Henry Schein’s process. You can call their customer service at 800-668-5558

What is the repair process for equipment originally through DenMat prior to March 2nd?

Send the equipment to DenMat.

What is the repair process for new equipment through Henry Schein after March 2nd?

You can call their customer service at 800-668-5558

Will my current balance due on my DenMat account transfer to my Henry Schein Canada Account?

No, you will need to continue to pay your DenMat account balance according to your recent invoice from DenMat.

How do I check on my current balance – through DenMat or Henry Schein?

Call DenMat for any DenMat invoiced product.

I’m currently on a payment plan for equipment with DenMat, do I continue to pay DenMat, or will that payment plan transfer to Henry Schein Canada?

Yes, you will continue to pay DenMat.

What effect will this change have on the delivery timing of products that I have currently on order with DenMat? What about those ordered in the near future?

No effect. You can expect the same delivery time that you have experienced in the past.

How will this affect shipping time for my products?

SKUs will be housed in Canada Henry Schein warehouses. Exception: drug skus – (will ship directly to customer – from different warehouse in Canada) – ProDenRx, Fluoridex, Atridox, Chlorhexidine
